We price the home package
based on our standard specifications when
budgeting for your home. There are also
many many upgrade options:
- Floor system: Our standard package
features an I-joist floor system. If
you prefer, you may choose an open
web floor system.
- Exterior finish: Standard pricing features
high quality vinyl siding, but you may
choose from other option, such as hardboard
siding or stucco.
- Windows: The standard window is a PVC
casement/slider window. There are many
options in windows as well, including
metal clad, wood, lowE, and argon filled
- Solid wood pre-finished flooring (maple,
oak, etc.)
- Kitchen cabinets
